Faced with the exceptional situation we are experiencing, the safety of employees and residents is paramount. Together with the public health authorities, we have put in place several measures and procedures to ensure the health of all. Thus, a health protocol, developed by a dedicated working committee, has been put in place at the head office. Some of the measures applied include wearing a mask when circulating around the office or when the safety distance cannot be respected, limiting the number of people in meeting rooms, temperature checks upon arrival, register of entries and exits, voluntary test screening or the continuous disinfection and cleaning of offices.
