The power
of kindness

Caroline’s greatest passion is powerlifting, a strength sport focused on lifting the heaviest weight possible. She believes that women’s strength is often underestimated, whether physical or mental. For her, this sport is a way to push her limits and step out of her comfort zone.

Most importantly, it has helped her prove to herself that she is capable of much more than she ever imagined.

"Powerlifting gives me a deep sense of resilience and accomplishment. Every training session or competition is a chance to push myself further and feel proud of the progress I’ve made."

This sport doesn’t leave any room for chance—it requires discipline, consistency and a lot of preparation. There’s no team to rely on: every success, and every failure, depends solely on her.

“Powerlifting has taught me perseverance and mental strength, values that go way beyond the sport and affect every part of my life. No matter the challenges I face, I tackle them with the same determination that pushes me to lift more on the bar.”

For Caro, being strong also means taking care of herself. Giving her body the tools to be at its best is about taking control of not just her health, but her entire life. It’s a commitment to herself.

Caroline has many hobbies she’s passionate about, such as reading, yoga, swimming and even juggling. Like powerlifting, juggling requires patience, practice and total concentration. She finds something magical in those moments when she gets completely lost in an activity she loves, fully immersed in the present moment.

But when the competition begins, it’s no longer time for tea in fine china, but for electrolytes and powerlifting!
