A family
tradition
Kim began playing softball when she was 8 years old. The sport quickly became a lifelong passion that has been a part of her life for over 25 years. What she enjoys most about pitching is the pivotal role it plays, demanding intense focus, control and self-assurance.
“Being able to impact the outcome of the game and help my team win fills me with a mix of stress and pride that drives me to do my best.”
Softball has shown Kim how to collaborate with others, handle both wins and losses, and, most importantly, embrace it as a team experience. Beyond the sport itself, it gives her a chance to take a break from daily responsibilities, release stress and restore balance.
“This passion reflects my core values – perseverance, teamwork and pushing my limits. Plus, I have so much fun with my teammates. It’s incredibly fulfilling in every way!”

Softball has long been a part of Kim’s family – her grandfather played baseball for many years. Yet it was her father, who competed at a high level, who truly ignited her passion. Now, she’s the one passing the torch to her son.
“For me, softball is much more than a sport: it’s a family tradition passed down from generation to generation. It is, in a way, a legacy that must be preserved… and taught!”
That’s a perfect strike, Kim!
